Binge/Compulsive Eating Treatment

Our outpatient treatment clinic offers help for people who have an unhealthy relationship with food. At The REDI Clinic we provide individual therapy, dietitian consultation, group therapy, amd Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for our patients who require binge eating disorder treatment.

In addition to compulsive eating disorder treatment, we also help people who struggle with maintaining a normal and healthy weight. Our aim is to help you to establish normal eating patterns and healthy weight. We also help people learn to listen to their body cues about eating. Your inner wisdom may well be clouded by emotional issues or years of yo-yo dieting. Your body lets you know when you are hungry and when you are full. We teach people to trust their bodies and themselves about food.

What Is Intuitive Eating?

Caucasian Man SmilingYou were born with the wisdom to eat healthfully and maintain a normal weight. You can do this by using the principles of Intuitive Eating, also called mindful eating. As part of our intensive outpatient program for binge eating, we offer groups for adolescents and adults who suffer from eating disorders or who are rollercoaster dieters.

We help people learn to listen to their body cues about eating. Your inner wisdom may well be clouded by emotional issues or years of yo-yo dieting. Your body lets you know when you are hungry and when you are full. We teach people to trust their bodies and themselves about food.
