Tracey L. Cornella-Carlson, MD

Dr. Cornella-Carlson is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1992. At Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Cornella-Carlson completed a three-year general psychiatry residency and a two-year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, during which she was Chief Fellow. She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents with eating disorders and is currently the Medical Director of the child and adolescent eating disorder programs at Rogers Memorial Hospital-Milwaukee.
Dr. Cornella-Carlson is licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of Wisconsin, and a current member of the Academy for Eating Disorders and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Theodore Weltzin, MD, FAED

Dr. Weltzin has been involved in treatment and research related to eating disorders for 20 years. He is the Medical Director of Eating Disorder Services at Rogers Memorial Hospital. He was on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic from 1988 to 1994 and he served as the medical director of the Inpatient Center for Overcoming Problem Eating during that time. Dr. Weltzin was also on the faculty at the University of Wisconsin as the director of the Depression Treatment Program.
Dr. Weltzin has written over 40 publications, lectured internationally and appeared as an expert on CNN, CBS and Good Morning America. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Eating Disorder Coalition as well as the editorial board for "Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention."

Beth Baus, MSN, PMHNP-BC, APNP

Beth is licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of Wisconsin, and a current member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Psychologists
Ariane L. Smith Machín, PhD

Dr. Ariane Smith Machín is a Licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist specialized in treating adolescents, young adults, college students, and the adult population on issues related to eating disorders and body image concerns. She also works with the athlete population on difficulties with disordered eating and symptoms of the female athlete triad. Dr. Machín received her masters degree at the University of Minnesota and doctoral degree at the University of North Texas. During her training, she developed a variety of eating disorder intervention programs and helped create an Eating Disorder Policy Manual for the university's athletic department.
In the therapeutic relationship, Dr. Machín believes in the importance of participating in growth-fostering relationships. This way of connecting allows Dr. Machín to work her clients in an authentic way to explore and be curious about various aspects of one's life, while promoting empowerment, resilience, and strength. Dr. Machín also likes to use humor, creativity, and flexibility in her work, as this allows greater freedom to explore and impacts one's level of self-awareness and acceptance. Overall, she really enjoys spending time with clients and works to meet clients where they are at while collaboratively finding the best treatment approach.
Dr. Machín has written a variety of articles, co-authored several book chapters, has presented at national conferences, and was recently featured in Milwaukee's MetroParent Magazine (12/10) and F&M Magazine (12/10).
Tony Wendorf, PsyD

Dr. Tony Wendorf is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and is a professor in the Masters of Counseling program at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, WI.
Prior to joining The REDI Clinic, Dr. Wendorf completed his Doctoral Residency at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints in Racine. During this time he was part of the consultation-liaison team in the medical hospital, established an eating disorder therapy group, saw eating disorder patients for individual therapy and conducted psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Wendorf gained specialty training in treating males with eating disorders during his time at Rogers Memorial Hospital as the primary therapist for the male program in the residential Eating Disorder Center.
Dr. Wendorf received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from UW-Milwaukee, his Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the Wisconsin Psychological Association (WPA)

David Drajkowski, MSW, LCSW
Executive Director

David has been providing psychotherapy for the past fifteen years in a variety of treatment settings. Before joining The REDI Clinic, he worked in his own outpatient practice in downtown Milwaukee. Prior to that, he was employed at Rogers Memorial Hospital as the lead therapist treating adolescents and young adults in a residential setting. He was also the leader of a partial hospitalization program at St. Mary's Hospital.
David is highly skilled in the treatment of adolescents and young adults with eating disorders. He has specialized training in Maudsley Family Therapy and Trauma Counseling. David has a genuine and engaging personality, and is able to create relationships with people that result in change and healing. In addition to providing individual and family therapy, he is the Clinical Care Coordinator for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and co-facilitates group therapy sessions on a weekly basis.
His clients describe his therapeutic style as straight forward and realistic. He works with clients in a way that helps them evaluate themselves objectively which allows them to put their eating disorder and underlying causes into perspective.
David completed his Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is credentialed by the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Carol Mantei, LCSW

Carol enjoys working with individuals of all ages. She specializes in treating children and adolescents struggling with eating disorders. In addition to individual therapy, Carol has extensive experience in both family and group therapy. She understands the importance of working with families to improve communication while helping individuals restore health and wellness. To strengthen her experience and approach to working with families, Carol attended a specialty training in Maudsley treatment/Family-Based Therapy from Drs Jim Locke and Daniel LeGrange.
Carol will serve as the primary therapist in the Child & Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Eating Disorders scheduled to open late fall/early winter. Carol is very excited to help develop this program specific for this age group while including a strong family therapy component. Prior to joining at The REDI Clinic, Carol worked at Rogers Memorial Hospital for six years. Most recently, she was the primary therapist on the Child & Adolescent Inpatient Eating Disorder Unit.
Carol holds a license as a Clinical Social Worker with the State of Wisconsin. She completed her Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Ottawa University and her Associates Degree in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse from Waukesha County Technical College.
Rachel L. Mulder, MA, LPC, NCC

Rachel is a National Certified Counselor specializing in individual therapy, couples counseling, and the treatment of eating disorders.
Rachel provides individual, couples and family therapy in a warm, safe and supportive environment. Her clinical experience with adolescents and adults includes self-injury, sexual abuse/trauma, anxiety, depression, womens issues and relationship counseling. She believes in identifying individual's strengths and feels it is important to focus on "what is working" rather than dwelling on all that is "wrong" in one's life. She understands that therapy can be difficult and will provide clients with support, encouragement, insight, and guidance along the way.
Rachel trained at Rogers Memorial Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in eating disorder care. Valuing a collaborative approach to treatment, she works closely with dietitians and is committed to making appropriate referrals to psychiatrists and other medical doctors.
Her career in private practice began after receiving a BA from Ripon College and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Marquette University.
Melissa Schneider, MA, LPC

Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor credentialed by the State of Wisconsin. She completed her Masters in Counseling from Marquette University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Melissa has specialized training in both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults, who struggle with eating disorders and other co-occurring illnesses. In addition to individual and family therapy, she is the Clinical Director for the clinic's DBT Program for Eating Disorders, and co-facilitates group therapy in the evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Prior to joining The REDI Clinic, she had been providing individual, group and family therapy at Rogers Memorial Hospital's residential programs for several years. One of her positions at Rogers Memorial Hospital was the primary therapist for the male program in the residential Eating Disorder Center. In addition to her work as a therapist, she has experience as a behavioral specialist working with adolescents and adults who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders.

Natalie Harris, RD

Natalie Harris, RD is a registered dietitian who received her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from University of Wisconsin Madison, and completed her internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Natalie completed additional training in weight management for adults, adolescents and pediatrics as well as Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD.
Prior to working in outpatient, she gained experience treating patients with eating disorders in partial hospitalization, residential and inpatient levels of care for the past three years. Natalie aspires to teach individuals to practice intuitive eating by listening to their body as a guide to establish healthy eating habits. She enjoys the opportunity to work with individuals to help them develop a respect for their body while building a positive relationship with food.
Sara Mulcahy, RD, CSP, LD

Prior to joining the REDI Clinic, Sara specialized in the treatment of eating disorders at The Emily Program in Minnesota. There, she worked within the Intensive Day Program and co-facilitated the Compulsive Overeating Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), while also providing individual nutrition counseling and education to clients and their families. Sara's previous experience also includes working with children with feeding disorders and gastrointestinal conditions at The Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Sara received her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin- Stout, and completed her internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. She also holds certificates in child, adolescent and adult weight management.
Amanda Patch, RD

Amanda graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Loyola University in Chicago. Amanda completed a community based internship, which has provided her with many opportunities to work with families and teach them how to plan and prepare healthy meals together.
Amanda enjoys teaching individuals the value of mealtimes with friends and family. She is passionate about helping individuals develop a positive body image as well as a healthy attitude toward food. Amanda's treatment approach starts with developing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients and their families, and then working together to help meet her client's individual treatment goals.

Director of Business Development
Leah is the Director of Business Development at The REDI Clinic. She has spoken with hundreds of individuals and families in their search of accessing treatment, and helped them start or continue their recovery path by coordinating with local and national professionals and treatment centers. She enjoys the opportunity of assessing what treatment resources individuals and the community need, and working within The REDI Clinic to help develop programs to meet those needs.
Prior to her position, she was the national outreach representative for Eating Disorder Services at Rogers Memorial Hospital and also spent two years as a residential counselor in the Eating Disorder Center.
Leah received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders, and has received her certification as a ropes course instructor as well as provided in-home care for adults with cognitive disabilities and mental illnesses.
